However, creativity will suffer and if a balance is not reached respecting the rights of all parties - A few very powerful companies can monopolize many many many variations or "CUTE" takes on names.....
A few selfish Domain Owners who maliciously and blatently disrepected the rights of companies have forced a backlash - hurting the truly GOOD owners - who were just being creative/CUTE and literate when choosing a Domain...
