i look at the subject and Meta Description and dont know what would overstep the boundaries because i have so many diff. questions. :)

Whichever any of you can help me out with is highly appreciated.

i would like to startup a online storefront and with minimal startup costs. like, very, very minimal. and i have reviewed and studied and searched old posts to come up with any info i can and things im having difficulties with is:

Defining 'parking'
'Expired Registration.'

i looked into this one domain name id like to get, and it says thru webdomains4u.com that the domain im looking into is status: expired
there is no website on the domain and it says that it was created 1999 -11-14 14:45:59 UTC core
Modified 2003-11-16 10:53:10 UTC Jor*-*
Expires 2003-11-14 14:45:59 UTC

and it says
DB-Updated 2003-11-20-17:47:58 UTC

Im Brand new to all of this so any info you can provide is highly appreciated.

after securing the domain i wanted to check into seeing if theres any buisness registered with the government with that name.

Thanks Guys!

Welcome to WW FiReBReTHa,
i am assuming your domain is a .com or a .net domain.
When you notice that the status for the domain is in redemption period take a note of the updated date and add approx 35days to it and you will get the date that it will become available for reregistering. This is of course unless tthe owner decides to renew his lease before that.
Cheers

cabbie, that response was perfect.

i was having allota probs with figuring that out, i hope he doesnt renew.

yea, its a .com,

i think i screwed my self last night though because i went to www.webdomains4u.com and did a backorder on it. it only cost 18.95 and includes registering it to my name if succesful, but the cost makes me question if its an automated bot checking once a day to see if free, whereas that exspensive one is 69.99 snatch.

Any easy simple way of explaining parking?

Thanks again!

>>>Any easy simple way of explaining parking?

What are we talking about here?reverse, parallel, domain?

those 18.95 backorders are a waste of $10 in my opinion. You can beat them yourself quite easily and without effort. Also don't touch the $69 ones .They are underperforming at the moment.
If its an uncompetitive domain the webdomain4u will hopefully secure it.

yea, im highly dissapointed. very. very upset i did it. cause i can totally go nutzo on checking it every couple minutes till i can buy it.

and a left turn drift into parrallel parking.

or what a nameserver and Domain parking is.

i guess that parking is relevant to where the nameserver is?
