Transferring a .ws domain name to another registrar.

Is it even possible?

Curious thing about .ws domain names. I have one, and that registrar now charges obscene prices. However, I have not been able to find even one registrar that accepts .ws domain name transfers. They sell them, but only new .ws domain names.

Anyone know of a registrar that advertises they'll accept a .ws domain name transfer?

www.samoanic.ws is the controlling website for .ws domains and by the looks of it they dont encourage transfers. If your registrar is charging more than $40 yr for a 4 or more letters domain you are being extorted. But I dont think you can get it for less than $35.

$34.95 a month, and more than 4 letters. I know one registrar out there which sells new .ws domains for $15 a year. I can't find any registrars that will do transfers. :(
