Need recommendations for .co.uk .de and .jp domains

I am looking at japanese / german and uk domains.

Anyone other than register.com do all of them?

Never mind .. found dd24.net which seems to do what I want (still researching the .de and .jp options)

Noticed that thread and figured I'd be registering through register.com (expensive..) given that I know what / who I'm dealing with.

There's no inexpensive way to register Japanese domains unless you can work with the language unfortunately. I know plenty of people who have used places like Register.com who haven't had problems.
