Owning .co.uk overseas

Can anyone tell me if there is anything stopping a non uk resident owning and using .co.uk domains?

NO Problem at all!

I have one and I live in Germany

You will later (ours came 3 months later) get a letter & a form which needs to be completed to confirm you are the owner and make your registration Legal etc, and also your Registration Certificate for your Domain name.
