Believe it or not, I was just on Network Solutions site and purchased <snip>generic name</snip>. The name was available. I purchased it, printed out a receipt, everything. I thought the impossible just happened. Then I get an email that said: "we were unable to process your request", and that they will refund my credit card. Now I see that a company called Verio has their stuff on the site. Are these companies affiliated? Or was it just a legitimate mistake on their part? And there are thousands of links to the site.
