I work for a company that is hosting our own web site and am wondering how to overcome a Domain name issue.

Say we own domain name abc.com.

We have a site that is in a root folder of abc.

We have www.abc.com registered in DNS.

When users type in www.ABC.com their browsers display [123.com...]

Our technicians claim that they do not know of a way to set up our site so that users inside and outside of our firewall can type in www.abc.com and see www.abc.com in the address bar instead of www.123.com/abc/<pagename>

Do others have this problem? If so how is it overcome?

We are running BEA wewblogic on Windows servers.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your technicians don't know what they are talking about. I would advise them to read up on it. There are many many ways to accomplish this. I am going to move this thread to the .NET forum.
