If I have one domain name, is it possible to cross reference what other domains the registrant may have? Or is it possible to find previous registrants of a domain?

Not sure I understand the question. Have you lost records on domains that you own?

If you're referring to domains that owned by others, I think not. Not through the registrar. As far as I know there is no registrar that allows queries by technical, billing, or administrative information.

Not to say that is the only way to determine the domains any one owner has...

No, I haven't lost any records. I've run across a web site that is selling goods and not delivering the goods. Emails are not being answered. The whois lookup is all fake (123 abc st, 555-1212) and thought if I could cross reference other domains the owner may own, I could try to find accurate contact information. This may just be a lesson to be weary of non-reputable online stores.
