I have built a number of links to my domain, however google has only indexed half of these links. That is if I go to google and type "mydomainname.com" or "mydomainname", I get 15 links returned intstead of 30.

Should I submit to Google the urls where other sites have linked to me?

Another question is has anyone used Link Popularity software and SEO software such as LinkSurvey, PositionWeaver, and WebPosition Gold?

What about Search Engine Cloaker?

Google doesnt always show all the links to your site. As far as the software you mentioned I dont use it myself.

Cloaking can be a lot of work...not really necessary IMO.

search engine cloaking will get you banned from SEs, you're not supposed to give different pages to googlebot than you do to users :)

WebPosition Gold is a great product for building ranking reports, however, I wouldn't use it for anything else. In fact, at one point I had designed an application to take the "concise" report and drop the data into a database. That way I didn't have to keep thousands of .htm files generated by WPG.
