domain name is not consistent in Networksolutions and Parava

We registered a domain name of nctumsaa.org from 10-domains.com more than a week ago and we have set the admin, tech, billing and name server information since then.

However, all the information in the databases of Networksolutions and Parava seem to be inconsistent. If you search the whois from Networksolutions you will get the following information.

It seems the domain of nctumsaa.org is not pointing to the name server of ns1.ready.com.tw that we set and we are not able to set up the Web site for www.nctumsaa.org.

Why this happened and how can we do to cope with it? We have asked 10-domains.com for help, but they don't seem to be helpful.

To get the correct information, you'll need to do the WHOIS using your Registrar's server. If you use a third party WHOIS, chances are you'll get the 'not authoratative' filled record as per your example.

As long as you've set up the correct information at your Registrar, you shouldn't have anything to worry about! Making sure you've got two nameservers listed might be a prudent move though!
