[biz.yahoo.com...] Could this be the begginning of the end? I can only hope! They want 15K a month to keep our listings in the directory.

Hmmm, IIRC "good faith differences of opinion" translates to "one director offered the rest outside" doesn't it?

I noticed at the time of the conversion to CPC that the subsidiaries were doing their best to distance themselves from it

Anyone watching the webcast?

doH never good when this sort of thing happens, but it is most common when the company members want out while they still have something. Personally I would have left the company now when they did - and only they know the numbers of a current status.

oOOo they could have left the company because they did something bad and the good board member blackmailed them to leave :)

Taken two steps forward and four steps back.

Now that's an oxymoron if ever I heard one. ;)

I think he means his financial success - he and his wife are worth US$100 million plus, and they are rumored to have just bought a A$7 million place in Australia.

The story of the last 5 years is you've got to have a S or a C in your title and you can make it big, regardless of how the company performs.
