with1click.com

Seems to be a new directory with a twist

I was just looking at with1click.com, which seems to be based in part on ODP, but their claim to fame is that you can type your search as part of the domain thus saving time. In other words, you don't have to go to with1click.com and then enter "poodles"; instead, wherever you may be on the web you can go to poodles.with1click.com and it returns search results. If you want dachshunds, just type dachshunds.with1click.com (or so the theory goes). I was trying to figure out if I should submit a URL to them; they seem to be based on ODP, but don't have all the items in the ODP cats I know. Perhaps they do additional filtering of their own; that's what it sounds like from the FAQ.

Not too much of a claim to fame. GoTo.com has the same feature.

type poodles.goto.com and you will get results from a poodles search.

type breeding.poodles.goto.com for a search on breeding poodles

use the dot to designate the space between keywords

Say, that is a nifty trick to know - and I didn't know it. Added to the warehouse.
