Aol has changed the the result page. Now it only showing 3 sites from GoTo and first 5 sites on the first page. In addition, like altavista, they are not showing the rank of the web site.

Good question. For my kw searches I'm coming up with a new look but less results laid out. 5 results, then the ODP category choices and then most popular on the first result page. It is also veryyyyyy slow on this end. Could be me I'm on DSL and it hangs there sometimes, but nothing else is this slow. They do not seem to be updated results but I'm still checking. Anyone know what's up?

There result page is slower compared to the previous one. [I am using cable - still slow loading]
well I don't think they are showing most popular sites, instead they are showing the regular results only, but on the first page they are showing only first 5 sites.

can anyone say ouch? crap. as if it isn't hard enough to rank there, now you have to be in the top 5. What makes them think their results are so relevant that they only need 5? Crap!
