Nothing like a bit of forum spam to advance your interests directly into the trash bin of the WWW.
Next time try something new and interesting, like asking "What are some of the better / best / proven methods for building and promoting a directory?"
I'll start: Aim for quality = utility and fill a need while you're at it, i.e., offer something more than the SERPs offer.

I'd like to receive some education, please. That thread had that link in it for 1 hour and 42 minutes.
Would a bot have picked that up within that time and have it out in the Net world within that timeframe?
I've sort of gotten way behind on many technical things since a few years ago and I am also afraid that because of certain special treatment chemicals I definitely have some memory loss, so picking up education requires I use shortcuts, in an odd way to phrase it.
So here I have a good chance to ask one of you pro folks just how fast those bots are and what good does it do to even try this trick that it seems some human tried here and was able to have a link up for that one hour and 42 minutes.
By the way, isn't there some sort of hotshot software that can flag links and sort of put it on hold and not viewable until the mod/admin comes along and approves it? You know, the opposite of what happened this time.
Hope you don't mind my cheating on the education thing and not going off and doing the proper homework time. And, thank you.

Yes. A site like WW is quickly visited by bots, like Googlebot.
and have it out in the Net world within that timeframe?
Not really. A new topic on WW can appear within an hour in Google Search results, because WW has a history and background. No matter how much traffic it receives now, it's still seen by Search engine, has a site with fresh content, which is indexed quickly. But, the site's link from such topic, might take a while before being counted.
