Category in Meta tag?

I was looking through someone's source code and found this tag:

<META" name="category=" content="(yahoo)Business" and Economy/Companies/Animals/Horses/Breeds(yahoo)Recreation/Sports/Equestrian">

Is this for the Google part of Yahoo? Or would a directory editor take the time to look for that? Or is this a joke?

Appears to be someone having fun. I've never heard of anything like that having an impact.
