contact info-help! keywords not showing up at About

Good morning, all. I just went to About.com to check out some of my keywords. Well, sure enough, some of my words are not showing up in the search results!

I'm not happy up about this and I want to email them to find out why.

I don't know if my anger is blinding me or what, but I've spent ten minutes looking for contact information at the Sprinks site and I can't find it.

Does anyone know the email address? I know I've emailed tham before about something being messed up, and I don't recall having this much trouble before.

Hi Mona!

Probably you finished your funds.

Sprinks do not send reminders when funds are going to finish: you should monitor your account time to time.

There's one little problem, though. These are NOT new KWs that I have submitted to be approved.

Other KWs that I submitted at the same time have been working-at least I think they have!

This seems fishy to me. I think I am going to be monitoring About.com very closely from now on...
