My first application submitted successfully is at the beginning of last week. Before that, I had many trials of submitting/asking around failed. Thanks Mivox on this board told me why at the last minute before I give up.
So, it there any "open" time line, say, how long to wait for a response? Thanks, in advance.

It could be a while. Up to a month but probably less. Not many editors can read your application, so that tends to make the delay longer.
