a) my site was rejected
b) I did not receive the email with the outcome (approved, rejected).
Basically I don't know WHY I was rejected but I suspect not having an active website was it. During the downtime email was down as well, hence, no rejection email.
Any chance of an appeal? I sent them a nice email explaining things to them but no reply yet. Has anyone else NOT received a rejection email under normal circumstances? Does the rejection email usually say the reason for rejection?
The host is asking for proof that this happened because of the downtime. I've searched through the logs looking for referrers or an IP that could identify the reviewer but nothing, didly squat.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
