Business.com Editor Stopped By When Site Was Down

yes I was rejected, any chance of an appeal under the same fee?

Talk about the worst luck of all. My host decided to suspend my account without notice over a script they thought was causing server load and the business.com reviewer must have stopped by during the downtime (about 30-45 minutes long) because:

a) my site was rejected
b) I did not receive the email with the outcome (approved, rejected).

Basically I don't know WHY I was rejected but I suspect not having an active website was it. During the downtime email was down as well, hence, no rejection email.

Any chance of an appeal? I sent them a nice email explaining things to them but no reply yet. Has anyone else NOT received a rejection email under normal circumstances? Does the rejection email usually say the reason for rejection?

The host is asking for proof that this happened because of the downtime. I've searched through the logs looking for referrers or an IP that could identify the reviewer but nothing, didly squat.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

You should receive a reason why it was rejected. And if that is the reason, they should honor a re-review request.
