I've tried submitting every other day for the past two weeks and always get this error right before completing the billing process:
Unable to complete request
We can't complete your request right now. Please try again later.
If you get this message more than once, report it as a recurring problem.
Message 2002
Of course I reported it and not a word back.
So all my Canadian clients have basically been told - "We don't want you." Nice.
Why in the world would they do this?
Come on MS... if the playground is off-limits to all except USA players, then say so. Stop pi***** people around and put a bloody message on the page!

.....I have verified that you are from United Kingdom. Unfortunately, our Submit It! service (which includes the listing for the Small Business Directory) is currently only available in the US locale.......
If you must sign-up for Submit It!, you can do so by using US contact and billing information. If you have a valid US contact and billing information that you can use....
This was followed by instructions on how to Submit It!
So to quote i need "US contact and billing information" to get listed in the directory - This reply is about as usefull as a chocolate Teapot on the basis that my business interests are all UK based unless like the user above i can find a US contact that will submit the info for us - JOKE
