competitor submits mirror

We have 2 identical sites (different domains). We submitted one of them awhile back to ODP. Today I accidentaly discovered the mirror in ODP in a different category. We have never submitted it!

The mirror was submitted (by a competitor??) to a regional category (even though the site is not regional in nature & no location is mentioned on the site. The regional category was based on the address in whois)

I would like to get the mirror removed (before there is a problem) but how do I do this & make sure that the wrong site (ie the one with the targeted keywords) isn't the one removed (and that only one site is removed)?

I would appreciate any help & suggestions. Thanks!

Possibly the site wasn't submitted at all, but found and added by an editor.

As for 'targeted keywords' why wouldn't both sites have the same metatags?

Of course, it can't be discussed here, but it is irrelevant. It's been looked into and fixed.
