Is there anyway of contacting Yahoo Directory? I need a refund, I don't wish to resubscribe this year as i'm closing my business and need the 180 pounds as it can go towards my tax bill/moving bill.

It seems impossible to contact them in any way.

when did you pay / was it renewed?

did you pay by credit card? if you did would a charge back work? try contacting your bank about it.

you can pretty much forget about a chargeback. yahoo's TOS are pretty tight, and protect them against chargebacks.

unless you can prove that your card was fraudulently charged, i wouldn't waste my efforts trying to dispute the charge.

can't you contact them via your admin login for your account?
