But, I could try to submit to the PR 7 category if that would have a greater impact than the further specification to my target market.
How much PR dilution is there because of the large number of sites, or should I ignore that and concentrate on the on-topic nature of the smaller category?
When I am listing a site, neither the PR of the site, nor the PR of the appropriate cat, nor the number of previously existing links in the appropriate cat, are going to play any role in the final listing decision.
I believe I am far, far removed from holding a unique view on such matters.
Editors will decide which category is more eligible for your site....
Considering that, I would take into account:
1. The most appropriated themed category
2. If both categories are similar in content I would list the site in the PR 7 category; in any case you should consider that having that category 120 sites, probably subcategories could be created soon and your site could be moved in category having PR 0 for some times....
