Best Directory Script that Allows Paid Submissions?

I would like to start a directory where people can pay to get into it.

Hello. I've been reading the recent message on this board and it's been very interesting.

I'm looking to start a "link directory." I run a large community (over 28,000 members) for arts and craft enthusiasts. And I think that a nicely categorized directory of online craft supply companies would be a huge hit.

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a link directory script? I don't mind if it costs up to perhaps $150 or so.

Here's the features I would like:

1. It would be great if I could have it so that it's free to list yourself in it but you could also pay a small monthly fee to make your listing a "sponsored listing." This would set your listing apart in some way.

2. Ideally, the process of submitting yourself as a "sponsored site" would also include a step where you enter your payment via PayPal e.g. so I wouldn't have to bill the company, etc etc.

3. And, of course, I'd like to be able to easily approve or reject listings.

Thanks!

Other than your budget limit, this thread [webmasterworld.com] has your answers. Asking the right question is very important when evaluating directories, e.g. "Is X spiderable?" or "Will Y get me lower rankings?" etc.
