Site listed in DMOZ: being pulled by low PR directories

Does it affect my PR ranking? It's a 4 now, a 7 previously

Should I ask these low PR Directories to remove my site
from theirs? One said his pulls his content from dmoz.

No site is under any obligation to remove your site, just because you ask them.

Are you asking if a low PR site links to yours, it lowers your PR? If you are, its not even remotely close to being true. Those low PR DMOZ clones will be doing the opposite and helping your PR!

It affects it by increasing it!

A PR 1 site can only increase your PR. It can never hurt you to ask someone to remove a link to you.

I wrote too quickly. I meant it WILL hurt you to remove links to you. It will NEVER hurt you to keep links to you.
