BOTW Best of the Web not Cached

It looks like Google hit another directory. The BOTW.org homepage is no longer cached in Google. If you search site:botw , you will also so see a number of categories not cached as well. If you search using site:submit site, you will find a number of supplemental results as well.

Looks like a penalty of some sort. I can only guess that it is related to duplicate content. Possibly empty categories? or allowing Google to index dupe pages like Add URL?

Anyone have an opion?

cached for me, but the vast majority of the pages are URL only.

It wasn't the other day, so I can verify the no cache. Maybe it was a technical problem.

However, the pages that are not showing a cache have zero to no content.

On closer inspection (thanks Tedster) it seems that only a few pages of those in the database are cached. Of course there could be any number of reasons for this.
