Is the Times Online Business Directory for UK only?

It appears the Times Online Directory is only for UK based companies. Will a US company without a UK address be accepted?

At Ł7,500 per year they can get stuffed! You'd be better off with 5 months on MSN.co.uk for that.

Still, I suppose some may pay it. They are obviously charging on their brand image me thinks.
