Updating Listing in Yahoo Directory

I am planning to update one of my site in yahoo directory. What are the chances that they will update my site according to my new description or url. Or will they remove my site once they will come to know.

experienced, the Yahoo forum says Yahoo Search, but the charter here says to post Yahoo Directory questions in that one.
