If you go through the crafts section itself as well there are some sites that have directories as part of the site - just watch that they're not PR0 or have a kazillion links on each page. Look for quality.

There's also a special category in the artsy craftsy section with lots of directories
[dmoz.org...]

Some are very good but as in all things look for the best among them. Some have one time or monthly search engine submission programs you can sign up for. Whatever for is beyond me - just mho.

Those categories are a lot of fun to browse through; there's some great sites with very innovative, original work by some wonderful, talented people. I've spent a bit of time around those and enjoy it every time.
