Skaff states that its "Free Submit" option randomly appears for 4 hours out of every 24. I must have bad luck or bad timing, because I've never seen the Free Submit ( 0 for 50 tries ). Anyone been able to use the Free Submit?

It definitely does exist as I submitted my site yesterday using the free submission, but finally, after nearly completing the process, I was told that my site was already listed in a different, also matching category.

seen in used it. It took a couple of weeks to drop onto it at the right time, but them I had a decent window in which to submit sites.

Used the free submit and the site was added to the category submitted in approximately 3 weeks. It did take awhile to get the free submit option.

Skaffe's free submit is available now as I post this. Not sure when it came on though.

I have had 3 sites added via free submit. It is on right now. I get very little traffic and most pages are PR3, so no BL. Maybe if we all link to skaffe, we can raise the PR. :-)

I got one site in via free submit recently. Skaffe has been doing some promotion via Adwords, so they might actually be sending traffic.

Just got the free submit. Easier than hitting the powerball jackpot, if not quite as lucrative.
