Wish to purchase a portal/directory

Can anyone recommend a pre-written portal/directory that i can use for a site?

Its so customers can add their business listings onto my site either free/paid listings.

Ive found a few portals but none that offer the free/paid options.

It needs to be in asp and use msSQL

The combination of hyperseek and jackhammer will do all of this, uses mysql, but runs in perl and/or php, not asp.
