Link to Dmoz at the bottom of the front page, and on what I looked at most of the descriptions were straight from Dmoz.

Looks as if they need to spider to build their base.

Found The Free Submission, submitted my site, Popup Told me I would be indexed/spidered within 20 days, we will see.
They brag about good serps, they should not, at least for everything I searched for.
