The public pages are generated on an editor-only machine and pushed out to several different front-end servers, as well as the ch.dmoz.org and de.dmoz.org mirrors, every few days. They are not perfectly in sync, so you are probably just seeing two different versions. Check the last-updated date at the bottom of the page to identify the most recent one.
