My site finally got listed in atleast one directory - i.e. mavicanet . ru . The page rank for my category is 4. When I do a search in google for my site i.e. www . mysite . com , i get an option to search for web pages, that "contain" the term mysite, I click on it, and it lists this mavicanet page.
BUT, when I enter link: www . mysite . com in google, it does not show up this mavicanet page.
Does that mean google is not counting this page as a link to my site and thus my site will not be crawled or not get any page rank?
BTW - how much is one PR4 link worth for my site?

There are a few possible reasons why the link doesn't show up:
1. It might look like a link, function as link when someone clicks on it, but not be recognized by Google as link (e.g. because some redirect)
2. The backlinks are not as quickly updated in Google's index as text found on a page. The text on pages with a fresh tag (date next to URL) was (re)indexed only a few days ago, links are updated once a month or so.
3. Google used to show only backlinks if the PR of both the page with the link and the page being linked is high enough. A low PR4 was not good enough, but on the toolbar you cannot see the difference between a low or high PR4. At this moment the limit looks lower although not applied consistently.

If saw a URL with some 'id' being loaded after I clicked on an URL in this directory. So my guess is, that Google didn't see this as a link. In that case there is no PR transfer.

I have reasons to believe that google now considers such backlinks and they are counted in the PR for the site which is linked up using an 'id'. I saw it for one of my site and it was working in the previous as well as current update.

But if the url with an 'id' has a path which is blocked by the robots.txt of the site, then it doesn't count.

For eg: if a site abc.com was linked on a particular site with the redirect url such as xyz.com/directory/url?id=1145 & if the 'directory' folder has been blocked from the robots.txt file on the domain, then it won't count. Otherwise it counts, as I have observed in several examples.

In case of the directory that you mentioned, I believe it would count because the redirect url is not blocked from the robots.txt file.
