Multiple DMOZ Listings & Categories?

Should you submit multiple sections of your site?

I have a website for my hobby, non-commercial and it has alot of free articles, info & pics.

Could I submit different sections of the website to different DMOZ categories.

For example. If my website has 3 sections off the main page relating to car makers "Ford, Chevy & Pontiac"

Would there be any benefit to listing each of the pages in their appropriate category?
(would having 3-4 dmoz listings be beneficial?)

Even in the same category if there is a good reason. Of course, not everything is accepted.

The submission guidelines ask you to submit your site in the single most appropriate category, though entities with a strong geographic component (for instance, a community organization) often qualify for an additional listing in the Regional hierarchy, and multilingual sites can be placed in every language where substantial content is provided.

If an editor deems specific areas of the site distinct enough to comprise a site of their own accord, it may be deeplinked.

Here's a page [dmoz.org] with four links to part of the same site. Of course, you should read the guidelines before submitting, but also look at what made it onto the page.

Really really rich sites are the ones which get deeplinks. Go for the one best place for your overall site.

Deeplinks to the same site in the same category are extremely rare, even for content rich sites.
