DMOZ Site Submission Problem

I am unable to suggest a site because I recieve an internet server error, anyone else recieving this?

I think you are talking about the ODP? For some time now staff is working to upgrade the servers, thy were never meant to fulfill the big needs we have today. I'm sorry, but it seems like patience is the word of the month here...

If you have time to spare, you can get it to accept your submission evenually - though I warn you it can take up to an hour.

I have found that off peak hours (USA time) will give you a better chance, as traffic is lower.
