Looksmart enhanced campaign tracking and reporting

Now you can add tracking URL's to your listings

I just got a mail from Looksmart where they introduced:

Enhanced campaign tracking and reporting
- Assign your own tracking codes to your LookSmart listings.
- Configure personalized campaign reports and export them to Excel and PDF.

However, it doesn't say when it will be available.

If you can trck your own clicks maybe tht will force more accountability for the numbers reported and charged for.

I feel the same way. The Looksmart stats at this time are very weak compared to Overture and Ad Words.

The new features are now available

Looks really good. But as far as I can tell, you have to PAY $19 to add a tracking URL to your campaigns! These guys are unbelievable! "You've been paying us for untrackable traffic. Now, pay us to make your traffic trackable."

...at least they lowered the submission and update fees ($29 and $19 respectively)

I just jumped the gun. Just got an announcement email from them. Here is how to get the tracking URL added for free (to an existing listing).

To add a tracking URL to an existing listing for free:
1. Contact our friendly customer service team using the online form here. You will need to log in to your LookSmart account to access this page.
2. Select "Submitting or updating tracking URLs" from the Subject drop down box.
3. In the Question field, include your tracking URL and indicate the listing to which the tracking should be added.

My tracking data was also gone when I last looked yesterday evening.

I have been unable to login to my account with Looksmart for two days. Anyone else have this problem? It just hangs after entering username and password.
