Does anybody knows when Google is going to update its directory?

When you say directory do you mean the PageRank bar showing on the left or the directory itself? (I don't think they updated it the last "web" update, so only Google knows this, normally they update it around the same time as the "web" update)
Or using new DMOZ data?
If it's the later it's been discussed at: [webmasterworld.com...] Just go trough some of the threads and you will have your explenation and further information.

The directory gets updated with the new dmoz results at the end of each monthly update. However, this is dependent on it having the dmoz data and, as has been discussed here at much length, dmoz has been having extensive problems with producing its RDF dump. The currently available version does not have any catid tags, which means that Google is unlikely to be able to use it for the directory update. dmoz is hopefully soon going to be able to produce a complete RDF dump including catid tags. You'll hear about it here when it happens. It's most likely that the Google update after that will include the updated dmoz data.

Any idea why I have no page rank bar in Google Directory despite a PR of 7 in Google? This has been the case for about 4 months (since I was added to the directory from DMOZ). Thanks!

I would guess that since the Google Directory hasn't been updated with a new RDF dump in that four months that it still looks at you as a new listing. I magine you'll get a normal bar rank in the Google Directory after the first update after the RDF dump works... meaning maybe the end of this month, maybe the end of next.
