Hello Guys,

I'm listed in the ODP since almost 4 Months... but I don’t see any change on the index from google nor the google category, how long or how many times in the year crawls the google-bot the odp? does anybody know?
I'm talking from this page

Steven, the ODP has problems building a new RDF dump.
There are lots of recent threads in this forum about it, take a look.

Nevertheless Google crawls the ODP and knows about new listings.

Hello Heini,

Thanks for your answer, I think I'll just have to wait.

Keep an eye on: [dmoz.org...]

At the moment it shows "Last Updated: 2002-12-09" and "RDF NOT Pushed" , so this is currently showing the date and status of the last failure.

Correct heini. The Google directory is out of date because of problems with the RDF dump. However, in terms of rankings these are based on Google crawling the ODP, not the RDF dump.
