No sites in AOL directory categories

Categories appear to be empty - no links to any sites

Hello!

I just browsed lots of categories in the AOL directory and noticed that all seem to be empty - they contain no links to sites that is, only to deeper categories if those exist.
I am surfing from Poland and wondering if anybody else is getting this.
