Finding English counties and towns Mysql or flat file

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could find a Mysql database or plain text file of all the counties and town in england/U.K ?

I'd prefer a free one obviously but might be prepared to pay too.

I have one knocking about, I'll try find it and email it to you. UK counties are not very straight forward.

There are free CSV files online, just do a search.
