Auto Notifier on every DB Update

Is it possible to set a auto notifier (emails) for every db update showing details of the affected rows?

you would be able to do this within the actual script that updates the database as opposed to the database sending the message when it has been updated. Not sure if this is what you are looking for. Perhaps others will be able to provide better solutions.

Yes. The problem is we are missing the notifiers in multiple instances due to program bug and its a hectic job to rectify the same. Every time he says that he's program is all ok ;)

So if its possible to get some notifiers from db itself it will be great to track db changes.
