Fail to download SQL file from phpmyadmin

I recently tried to download a 200 Mb SQL file from phpmyadmin, first time I only downloaded 13 Mb, and second I downloaded 80 Mb.

I think maybe the file is too large, so I delete 150 Mb of the database. Then I tried to download the 50 Mb file. I tried three times, I could download at most 13 Mb file.

I asked my hosting company, they just said: sorry....and give me some links to knowledge base.

I really need to download this SQL file, does anyone has this kid of experience, can teach me how to download this complete 50 Mb SQL file?

Do you have ssh access to the server? You can get the database backup using the command line if you do.

I just asked hosting company to backup for me. I think I can backup from cpanel but I haven't tried it.
