MySQL Japanese Characters issue

I need to store few japan charactors.
i.e. +cTxcOw-
now i am not sure which of the following Collation / Charactor+AF8-seto to select in the table for above Japan charactors.

Sjis
sjis+AF8-Bin
sjis+AF8-apanese+AF8-ci

or

Ujis
ujis+AF8-Bin
Ujis+AF8-japanies+AF8-ci

Pls help.

BTW, What is this Sjis +ACY- Ujis mean ?
