Can't Backup.

Hello;

I've a directadmin reseller packet at a server. I've tried to backup my sites' databases but there's some errors.

1) I tried with phpmyadmin. But server has CPU execution limit. When phpmyadmin executing the backup, the CPU protection kills the proccess. So that, gzipped backup file generated as about 2mb. It must be bigger than 20mb. So i can't use pma.

2) I tried to backup from directadmin control panel. I've downloaded the all site, with sql and file backups. But i can't dump sql file, because it contains some more comments, some directadmin lines. So that my mysql server (at localhost) gives error while dumping.

3) I've tried to connect the mysql remotely with MySql Administrator. Actually at past, i connect server and i download my backups with mysql administrator. But now i can't connect, i think server management changed some settings. But they don't help me. I said to them "fix this" but they don't...

So that mates, how can i backup my databases without any problem? Show me more ways please.

(And i search for a backupper like bigdump. Bigdump dumps by lines, is there any backupper by lines? or anything else... )
