Viewing Mysql Error Log

Need help viewing mysql errors

Is there a way I can view the Mysql error log?

Whenever I try to import a csv file into a database I get at the completion something like:

Success: x rows altered, x skipped, x warnings (Note: I can't remember exactly what it outputed, but it was something like this where x is a number)

Is there a way that I can view these errors/warnings and fix them?
