I was wondering whether you can give me your opinion?
do you think its possible for a given street to list all the other streets that connect to it using data from dmoz or some other type of database?

I think you need to restate your question. DMOZ is an online directory that has nothing to do with streets. DMOZ's data is undoubtably stored in a database, but other than that I don't see a conenction to this forum.

I guess that should be possible programatically.
