Hi all,

I have not got involved with databases before so new to me.

A freind whom I have done a photography website for has asked me if it would be possible for his customers to go to his website and review their own photos, a few days after the event.

This would mean a site log in and a database containing just their photos,which he would need to access to place them himself. What he doesnt want is to have each of his clients images displayed for all to see.

can this be acheived.

Yes but a database will have to be designed as well as an admin/display/login script (in PHP or Perl or ...).
Or you could use an open source project such as gallery:
[gallery.menalto.com...]
That does everything you mentioned and then some.
