how to import/export from table to another table?

Hello,

I hope someone can help me out here as my knowledge with is like zero..

what i want is this..
long ago i converted my downloads to a different download module..
it had a different prefix as well,but also more rows.

but now i want to change to a different system/cms but before i can do that i need to put it back to how it was...
so converting it back...

at that time someone pulled a script together in like 20 minutes or so and it went ok.....
but i lost the script and the person who made cannot be found...

for any coder this is simple,unfortunately not for me...

anyway...
the current table/rows ar:

What will you do with the three new columns that are non-existent in the old table layout?
