Error when I try to work with database

using asp and Namo Webeditor to upload database

Guys/Gals, I have been trying to upload and use a database on my website and I;m having no luck. I have tried both php and asp and can't seen to get past this error message. My hosting company says that they support both php and asp but I'm getting no where fast. Can anyone help? Here is the error message:

It looks suspiciously like one or more of the following:
1) your hosting company didn't setup the datasource
2) your hosting company didn't setup the datasource correctly
3) you didn't put the database in the correct folder

(As a side note, you should edit out specific URLs in your message- posting URLs is against WW's charter.)
