Is there any forum affiliate programs out there, that pay per sign up and after the first post? I remember an affiliate forum doing this a couple years ago...
Anyone try this with any luck?

Just to clarify, matimer, you'd like to track referrals to the forum and log an affiliate payment to the referrer when they make their first post?
